    Depending on your location address, from 2 days to 3 weeks in general.

    6- What is the insurance plans options?

    All orders are packed carefully and very securely and all items leave our warehouse in excellent conditions. However, if you receive a package which has been damaged in transit you must inform us within 48 hours. You must save the original packaging materials as we will require proof of damage in order to make a claim against the carrier and the carrier may request photos.

    4- What is the wholesale quantity?

    The minimum order size is 10 pieces per order, There is no maximum order.
    For very large orders (big bulk) discounts are available. Details discussed when placing the order.

    5- How much is the shipping for wholesale?

    Depending on how big your order is. We have different shipping prices for every box size for each bulk order.

    6- How about the VAT and import duties?

    You will have to pay for import duties and VAT once the package reaches your area.

    7- How long is the delivery period?

    Delivery period normally takes 1 to 3 weeks depending on the customs declaration upon arrival in your home country.

    Know your rights!

    Our products are fun, creative, recycle and handmade in Denmark. We made all our products exclusively by hand and in small batches to ensure quality, so please allow us 1-2 working days to prepare your order.

    We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible

    Submit an order
    1- When you submit an order, please make sure you reviewed all detailed description, make sure you write your shipping address, name, email and contact number carefully after you finished your shopping details please go to your cart and review before checkout.
    2- If you don't use Zip/Postal Code in your country, just write 0000

    3- You can send/ship your order to your billing address or to a different address.

    4- Choose your shipping method from the options available for each country and region.

    5- We accept Cards and Cash on delivery only Vejle - Denmark.

    6- Submit your order.

    7- You should receive an immediate email to confirm your order number.

    8- Within 48hrs you will get another email to confirm your delivery date and your order number.


    Our carriers
    We only ship via courier and depending on your location you will receive your order via FedEx or our local team for delivery within Denmark.Add paragraph text here.


    Shipping address
    Your parcel can only be delivered to the shipping address that you have registered on your account and can’t be left elsewhere as a signature is required on delivery. Should our carrier be unable to deliver your parcel because nobody was at your shipping address to sign for it, we will make a second attempt. We will contact you by email or phone, please check your email so you be aware when it is likely to be out for delivery.

    Please allow up to 3 working days for our warehouse to process your order as the warehouse is closed on weekends. When your order has been shipped, our Dispatch Department will alert you by email and the following day you will receive your order number.



    Please be sure to track your parcel so that you are aware when it is likely to arrive. At times you may find that the carriers tracking system does not update correctly, generally this is due to a malfunction in the system and doesn't necessarily mean that your parcel is not on the move. However, if you are at all concerned about your tracking, please do not hesitate to email or call our Dispatch Department who will contact our carriers to find out if there are any exceptions with your parcel.

    Customs Clearance For Orders Outside Denmark
    The customs in your country may charge import duty and local tax on your order.
    CRETVO is not responsible for any duties or taxes that may be charged on international orders.

    Depending on the country of destination, international orders can sometimes be delayed clearing customs and although we understand this can sometimes be frustrating, any delay is beyond our control.

    Our dispatch department is very experienced in handling international orders and will work with the customs in your country to have your consignment cleared. If however your consignment is refused clearance for any reason, it will be returned to us and if it is received undamaged we will refund you the full product cost of your order. We are unable to refund shipping costs as our carrier charges us for returns.
